1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DevFuel.com ("Site"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Use License
DevFuel grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Site, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any rights to download (except page caching) or modify any part of the Site, except with express written consent of DevFuel.

3. Prohibited Use
The User may not use the Site to create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, obscene, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise injurious or objectionable.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its materials are provided on an "as is" basis. DevFuel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DevFuel will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site.

5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials on the Site could include errors or inaccuracies. DevFuel does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials. DevFuel may make changes to the materials contained on the Site at any time without notice but does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links to Third-Party Websites
DevFuel has not reviewed all sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by DevFuel. Use of any such linked site is at the User's own risk.

7. No Uptime Guarantee
DevFuel does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Refund Policy
Sales are final. DevFuel may, in its sole discretion, offer refunds under certain circumstances, but is under no obligation to do so.

9. Token/Credit Expiry
Tokens or credits issued to the User expire one year from the date of issuance. Unused tokens or credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles. The User irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any action arising from these Terms.

11. Data Security
DevFuel takes reasonable measures to protect your data but does not guarantee its absolute security. By using the Site, you acknowledge the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.

12. Account Termination
DevFuel reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services ceases immediately.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevFuel, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, employees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms
DevFuel may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver
A waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DevFuel concerning the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
